Yeah, they tried.. I say **** 'em. I'm honest with myself. I know whats right and whats wrong. If they can't handle the truth, then they have a problem.

Hi, yes I was with a guy years back and I'm am not the type to take **** from anyone but when I was with him and would try and stand up to my rights or speak my mind about things he would sit there and make it like I was doing something so dramatic it wasn't even funny but the sad part was he made me feel so shitty about standing up for myself that I just ending up letting people step all over me and just bit my tongue about alot of things.
But since I'm not with that bird anymore I found myself again and I'm back to me. I'm not a total ***** but when it comes to taking people's **** and standing up for what's right I'm there always putting my two cents in and there is nothing wrong with that and if someone is trying to make you feel like your such a monster about standing up for yourself, hey don't getting into the habit of keeping your mouth shut because a wall will slowly build and then you will lose that great part of who you are. Just get your point across in a calm, gentle manner but be serious about it at the same time.

I use tact 101 and it makes it so much easier. I try to not shove my opinions at people but sometimes....grrrrrrrr
We should all agree to disagree without insulting one another.I lived with The Master of Intimidation for 24 years ... I try not to dictate to others.....
On yahoo if we would all follow common sense since really we are out in public on here...but, I too , have failed at this.

Every time they didn't like what I was standing up for. Hang in there and don't let people push you around. Stand by what you feel is right.

Yes, i think when I was a baby and I standed up myself and walked...
everyone who saw it must have "WOW!" and i must have felt like a monster then...
felt this cuz i WOW too and get the confused look from babies when they do that...

YEAH when i was in primary school i was a big girl and wore glasses!i always got picked on and when i got to high school i wore what made me feel good ,and in highschool the boys that picked on me used to throw rocks at me,so when they surpised me and asked me out i saidWHAT EVER!!!!NEVER!i ended up hanging in the cool crowd!
