2morrow is 80s day what should wear?

2morrow is 80's day and I have nothing to wear and I can't go shopping. I have leggings but no long shirts or miniskirts. I own no mini skirts. So what type of jewerly o. like headbands

pleez no smart alek answers like clothes. well duh.

Make sure you do the Big Hair. The taller you can make it the better. Bangle bracelets, and cheap costume jewelry was big. If you need an example check out some old Cindy Lauper and Madonna videos.

80's was funky and eclectic, you need not wear mini skirts.

layering was big.

Leggings with a dress or an over sized t-shirt would do the trick.

Look at old Madonna videos or images on IMDB same for Cindy Lauper and George Michael and Wham.

Make it about your hair. Big hair with lots of spray was in.

As for accessories more is better.

lots of necklaces, combine chains with beads go nuts.

gloves were worn as well a pair or a single glove will do.

I use to cut up old socks and use them as arm bands.

lots of bangles for your wrists too. again look up the girl bands from that era. The go go's the bangles etc.

It was about fun, no rules lots of color even neon or two tone black with white.

If your wardrobe is not that great focus on your hair and make-up, dramatic eyes, bright lip stick, harsh cheek bones.

i would prefer skinny jeans or straught legs (( if you still own any lol)) skinny jeans are awesome! =) and for a shirt something retro like a band shirt ect. jewelery......pearls or bead necklaces and a headband BE CREATIVE you'll come up with sumthing! OR go on google and get images of 80's clothing....if you really wan to wear a mini skirt borrow one from a friend or ask them for ideas

wear lots of bangles ... since you don't have a skirt wear just leggings with an off the shoulder shirt or sweat shirt and converse sneakers. You should look at old Madonna pictures and try some hair styles and see what alfits you can make out of your wardrobe ... you don't have to go all out to look cute have fun!

well neon colors were big. Also, try wearing your hair in a side pony (with a scrunchie lol) and a headband. Also, if you can, take on off your older tshirts that is kind abig and cut the neck out so it like slouches down on your shoulders. Also, do u have any leg warmers?

go to a thrift store or consignment/resale shop to find a mini skirt, you can get them cheap. you can wear a tank top and then a sweatshirt over it with the neck cut out big so that it drapes off one shoulder. scarf in hair and make sure you make your hair as big as you can! lots of bracelets and very large earrings. don't forget to wear scrunchie socks (all pushed down in a bunch)

Wear a pair of colored shorts.
Get one of ur dad or older brothers shirts and cut of any logos and cut lots of lines in it
Wear either flats or sneakers.
Put ur hair in a very high side ponytail with some bangs in front

Lots of bangles and rubber band bracelets. Also ankle boots and one shoulder sweaters. Tease your hair up really high and wear plenty of blue eye shadow and eyeliner.
