I have issues with republican thinking, so we're even. As for the music, it was great, I agree. I used to go to Belmont Plateau in Faimount Park in Philly on Sunday afternoons and listen to free concerts, with thousands of other hippies. One is now an electrical engineer and has been for years, another a lawyer and several contractors last I checked on them. I have issues with people who fling around the word liberals like it applies to everyone who is not a republican.

Bunch of spoiled brat rich liberal white kids ripping off great black music of the 40s, 50s and 60s.

And by the way John Lennon wrote "but if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao, you ain't gonna make it with anyone anyhow."

Well... if you think about it, it makes sense.

Liberals are always trying to push the boundaries, change something, while "conservatives" are...conservative and stick to things.

The music in th 70s and 60s was new and revolutionary and something different and it DID push the boundaries of that time period. So yeah...liberals.

and uh yeah drugs perhaps?
