I never like these questions, because I could say all four. I'm one of maybe 3 Americans to see games live in all four leagues. They're all great. For plain ability, I'll say Spain. Atmosphere would go to either England or Germany. The best executed soccer is Italy. Overall... England. 5-7 losses and your out of the Championship race. (Inter being the obvious exception this year, but Spain's champion will have 6+, Germany's as well.)

Definetly the English league, I gess I like it better cuz you see international players from all around the world. In the Italian there are mainly Italian players, same in the Spanish (except Real Madrid and Barcelona maybe) German, is mainly only Germans...
So I really enjoy more the English league....
I don't really watch the German league nor the Italian, and the Spanish only when Real Madrid plays. Now when it the EPL then I try to watch as many games, specially Chelsea...

English is the best. German and spanish are cool 2. Italian just sucks.

All of these leagues you've mentioned are great.
But the two best in my opinion are English and Spanish.
If I had to pick one, then it would have to be the English Premier League, because I am English, and my favourite team is in the Premiership!

To me la liga is the best league cause Barcelona is favorite club, but the premier is good because my second favorite team is there Man U

Well, the best FOOTBALL, yes FOOTBALL league is the English Premiership.
In every other country, it is about who can dive and who has the best haircut.
Some Spanish football is good though I do admit...
