Hello. I have had my navel ring since November, and since it is March (over three months later, reccommended time) I can now remove it. My question is, I have a starter jewlery in (THE CIRCULAR ring BALL!) HOW do you remove it? Do you screw it off or pull it off?
I have been screwing but it wont come off. And how do I get it off. HELLP! asap

If screwing it doesn't work then try pulling it.

If all else fails, call the place you had your piercing done at and ask them.

if there is a small ball in the ring, pull on it and it should snap out, then you can slide the ring out, if you have trouble some rings can be bent open for easier removal. Make sure you are healed enough to remove the ring. Most people take six months to heal a navel ring due to it's location. If you have a red raised or bumpy area around the piercing do not remove the ring or you many not get another one in. Wait till the red bump (Keloid) is gone before you change the ring.
