Neopets is (no longer kidding, bypass to the newbie forums. They communicate about some thing and each thing) the better section (i imagine) is that there is no longer alot of cussing (and they have filtered each twilight note!)

best chat ever is IRC. millions of chat rooms and servers. suggest downloading mIRC if you are on windows.
