help!!!!!!!!king kong for the 360!!!!!?

im stuck in a cave in kongs lare. there are a bunch of spiders garding a stick to open a gate so i opened the gatebut there was still no where to go.i have been stuck here for about 2 hours please help!!!

Put a spear on fire and throw it at them they will move. Then grab the stick to open the gate
