If you shave your legs it could be razor burn but I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side.

NOT really sure, but i watched Tyra Bank's show. This girl came on their because she had done her nails at a place and got an infection. It was similiar to Leprosy(flesh eating disease you're born with). It was just a bacteria. Just keep a heads up. try finding out what you could have done to your legs. if it last.. doctor/mother/ should be contact. ^_^ hope i helped
