At this stage, the embryo has barely implanted, if it has at all, and there isn't a whole lot that can be done to improve or hinder its chances at being healthy. It is very well protected within its little bubble, and will provide much of its own needs until a few more weeks have passed and the placenta is functioning.
The best you can do is eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, avoid toxins such as smoking, alcohol, excessive caffeine, etc. and any & all medications that aren't necessary. If a pregnancy is going to be miscarried at this stage, there is very little that can be done to prevent it; it would likely be due to a problem with its development that cannot be predicted or prevented.
Best of luck to you both, and congratulations!

Lots of things..a miscarriage is natures way of telling you that there was something wrong witht he baby. There is nothing you can do to stop it...or miscarriages wouldn't exist. All you can do is eat healthy and get lots of sleep and exercise.
