i have a 96 eclipse rs and doesnt get any spark or gas to plugs?

Question

i have recently bought a 96 eclipse rs i took out the plugs and it has no spark and it isnt getting any gas so i bought a new ecm to see if this would solve the problem bc thats what i was told to do if any knows of like a wreck fuel pump switch that might need to be turned on or something any help will be highly appreciated..

the dis ignition system uses triggering devices such crankshaft position sensor and cam shaft position sensor in order to fire primary ignition all the ecu does it sees the out put from cam/crank sensors than sends signal to coils to fire in appropriate order check cam/crank sensors
