There is a Marine Detachment assigned to Selfridge Air Guard Base, Detroit. It is the only Military Base left in Michigan due to BRAC closures.

There are no Marine Corps bases in Michigan. The Marines are an amphibious force and therefore all of their bases are located along the coasts.
