A "thing" that fits the use I have for it. If I eat an apple, and it tastes good, has no strange surprises, then that is the perfect apple for me.
Realistically, to me there is no such thing as perfection. It is a concept that does not reflect reality. Trying to define perfection may lead to confusion. For example, a perfect circle. It will be perfectly round without flaw, but if you actually looking to produce such a thing, it is impossible. The perfect circle is an idea in the human mind that is not a reflection of the "real" world.
If you produce something, an object that you call perfect. I doubt it will be very hard for someone to demonstrate why it is not perfect.

A yellow rose floating in a cut class crystal bowl. To see the rose petals enfolding each other, in perfect semi-circles, from the tender innermost circles to the more open outside circles - concentrating on the wonder of the intelligence that created the velvet of the petals, the convolutions of the folds, the movement on top of the water, the water's gentle parting to allow the flower to drift on top - This is indeed perfection to me.

No pain. No physical twinges, twitches, itches or aches.
70 degrees, greenery and water.
BBQ steak, green salad with ranch dressing.
An ice cold beer.
A friend that doesn't require being entertained.
Something to plan for, to keep my mind engaged.
Then there is Tuesday and perfection is something different! Each day the idea of perfection changes for me.

A newborn baby's cry.
A child's laughter.
The sound of a pounding rain on the roof, while I sit inside by a roaring fire.
A hot cup of tea and my favorite book.
Sunning on a warm tropical beach listening to the waves lap the shore while I contemplate the arrival of my lover who is bringing me fresh pineapple and coconuts to eat.
The music of an Autumn wind rustling up the leaves for a big fall.
Picking wildflowers along a winding and deserted path.
Taking a warm mineral bath in the middle of Yellowstone Park, with only the deer and antelope watching.
Okay, I'll stop----the forever poet

I see perfection everywhere, there are perfect moments, people, and perfect failures. It seems a bit narrow to just define it as infinite and incomprehensible.
