I understand that it's hard to go by the day without any caffine. I used to drink 2 cups of cofffee/tea a day. But thinking what goes in my stomach also goes to my baby, so, I just cut down on caffine. Lots of books/OB will suggest limit to 1 cup per day.
So, try to cut down on caffine and take prenatal vitamin regularly for your baby's health.
Good luck!

Nothing. You are allowed 2-3 8oz cups of coffee a day per my doc and all the books I have.

nothing really, they just tell you not to drink too much caffeine, i drank it right through 2 of mine and i have 2 healthy 18 and 20 year olds
they tell you not to do a lot of things but most take no notice and have perfectly healthy babies
im sure the people who do these tests dont have any kids.lol

You should stay away from all caffeine as it may have an after affect on the child, Some sources say it affects the developmental tract, Meaning the child could struggle with ADHD and behavorial problems. But there has been no proof. I did my best to stay away from caffeine, But i didnt stick to it, My 2 year old is completely normal and very above other 2 yr olds when it comes to speaking and motor skills.

Hi,
Studies prove that high doses of caffene can cause miscarrige. It can also cause birth defects but so can alot of things. I think 2 cups probably wont do any harm. After 3 months being pregnant, i think your chances of anything happening are very slim.
