No, but I think if the neighbor's little dog got run over it would be a lesson to them to care for their animals better. The lucky little beast has been in the middle of our busy avenue before after being let out without supervision or a leash, and it didn't get hit! The car's stopped while I chased it onto the sidewalk, all the time this little thing was snapping at me in aggression. I can't wait for it to die of old age.

I haven't... thankfully the only thing I ever ran over was a squirrel and it was unavoidable. I was in a 25 mph zone and the car in front of me hit it and there wasn't enough time to realize what happened until it was over.
My mom's boyfriend intentionally runs over possums.. they're nasty little things! ICK!

Of course not, but I did witness my neighbor's golden retriever getting hit by a car going at 15 km/ hour. The dog was fine, the owner was crying and screaming. lol.

u know, there used to be a teenager in my neighborhood that tried to run over whatever animals crossed the street...squirels, coons, and yes anybody's pet...karma one day blew out his tire at around 50 mph as he tried to hit a possom...and he ended up with a broken jaw, a seperated knee and an arm in a sling for over 3 months...
i think the animals have nothing to fear anymore...
