To the poster who said

"Almost all partial Birth abortions are performed to protect the life of the mother!"

Their is no such thing. It is never to save the life of the mother. you cannot find a doctor who can cite an example of how it could save the life of a mother.

If the mother was in danger they would just take the baby out!

They wouldn't stop half way and do something risky like puncture its skull and vacuum its brains out. That could hurt the mother.

Almost all partial Birth abortions are performed to protect the life of the mother!

What do you consider more important? Go ahead and choose: An unborn fetus or a live breathing female who more and likely will be dead if forced to have the child! Her life is worth less? And your mandating her to have the child knowing she will more and likely die is murder!

If you are so damn concerned, why don't you try and see if we can improve on the United States next to last place finish in Infant Morbidity and Mortality for those actually born? These are children who die after they are born! You don't seem to be that concerned as our ranking has only gotten worse for decades!

the term partial birth abortion is a political invention. it has always been illegal except in cases where the mother is going to die. stop being an idiot.
