like it seriously p!sses me off when i hear myself or someone else to being pet named as 'coc' (its an english/geordie pet name not meant in an offensive way), or 'flower'

i dont mind 'love' or 'darlin' that much thou, not sure why..

I used to have a hard time with those little pet names, but after living in the south they grew on me. It's silly and inconsequential to get a hang up on something so small, I told myself. I'm much better now, baby.

I have an older friend - she is like my surrogate mother and she always calls me flower - I love it. I am from Bristol and some (common) people say "allright (prounded without the t on the end) me babber" or, "allright my lover"- both phrases have to be spoken with thick bristolian accent - it makes me cringe.

I actually, say coc, to my friends, son. It started yrs ago. Not, in a rude way, but friendly.

i think of that is to make the female comprehend they're greater specific to them. I certainly do no longer care if i'm called a puppy call or no longer. I do although appreciate being texted, "whats up beautiful" by ability of my boyfriend. :)

It's not realy a pet name and even though I 'am' getting older, I hate being called 'Sir' or 'Mr.' Mr. is my dad.
