right click your desktop and go to properties. Then, go to display settings and under advanced, you should find the option to change it back. If not, contact dell (email is best).

on some computers, if you press ctrl + alt + directional arrow the screen changes to support the direction of the arrow you pushed, my comp doesn't do that but either up or down(not sure which) will correct the display

my kids did me to this to my lap top last week its under screen setting and theres a thing on it u click and it say angle or something go on that and set it back to normal
not much help i know but i had my head laying on the desk trying to do it moving the mouse was fun too ;-) lol

All you need to do is left click on the taskbar, hold it down and drag it back to the bottom
