Turn signals do this to tell you that a light bulb is burnt out. It is a nice option to have. If they are fast it means your rear light is out, if slow it means front is out. Pretty cool, huh. Just get the burnt bulb replaced, it will complete the circuit and bring it back to normal blink speed.

yeah that normally is a signal that your blinker light has gone out ... if not you might just want to reset the computer in the car (by disconnecting the battery for a couple of seconds and then reconnectinge it) and it will stop.

probably one of your blinkers is out on the front or back.
