Ok, so my foresight is rather fore, but I was thinking about booking a room at the Hilton for next years Golden Globes. Any idea what the cheapest room goes for? I could care less if its in the janitor's closet.

LOL--Chie, I totally can not believe I found this question, I NEVER come here...what a freak accident..It's actually owned by Merv Griffin and only operated by HHCorp. which holds the name rights..The Golden globes have been there for decades and I doubt you can get any room around that time, but give it a shot..They have done a good job on the historic preservation of the "old look" of the building...but the interior is totally "normal" and the rooms are ultra modern nice...and you can't beat the location. Oh yeh, it's not that expensive for that part of L.A....Well, the parking is too expensive, there have been a few complaints about it..
