You're an idiot.
Slavery was Over a hundred years ago, and so what if your mother migrated. We don't care.
You obviously don't understand the depth and struggle that African Americans went through just to be free.
You never had to struggle for equal rights, or work in the hot sun for nothing but a hard dirty floor and food that looks like dog crap.
Don't try and judge a race's past when you obviously don't know the history. Not only were blacks forced into slavery but they were raped, murdered (by way of hanging, burning, dragging, beating, stabbing and shooting) etc. They were forced to give up their children, watched their children be raped and or killed. Why do you think so many ran from their slave owners? Because they were treated like royalty? No.
Even after the slaves were freed they struggled with racism, poverty and everything bad under the sun. They were freed in the mid 1800's and this kind of treatment didn't get addressed until the 1960's.
Get a life and get a history lesson.

I'm going to put it like this...go to the library and read about the history of slavery in America and the Black culture. Your teachers are not going to teach you this in a class. Don't make judgments about something you don't understand. Just like the person said above, the Africans did not come here voluntarily. How many positive images do you see of people of African descent in the media?

Africans did NOT treat their "slaves" like the whites did. Their slaves were usually people who were ripped away from their original tribe (due to death, war, etc.), and were given the opportunity to become part of another tribe. Which ever family got them became like a new family to them. They were allowed to earn their own money, come and go freely, have children with whom they pleased, etc. Their children would not be considered "slaves", but part of the normal family. Africans had no way of knowing that the whites would do what they did.
Like you, I don't agree with people grumbling over the past, but you need to educate yourself.

Um because the whites made a class system bases solely on race. Because slaves became chattel property unlike in Africa where slaves even married into families.
I mean, what do you want? You are right. Its wrong of me to assume whites are to blame when the Africans could have said no. The Africans taught them to hang us, hold bits in our mouth, rape us, breed us like pigs, sell us from our familes, and basically degrade us. Africans MADE white America do that...you ARE RIGHT!!!
Feel better. Jesus. Just deal with the facts man. No one says YOU owned slaves or that you even believe it was right OR that even if your family did own slaves YOU are an evil person. It was what it was and why we are so scared of its truth I'll never know.
The truth WILL set you free. DAMN!!!!

First off if you would like to go there, the slavery in Africa was totally different from the slavery in America
Next point, you got your head stuck somewhere forreal, I was never taught about slavery or whites hating me. The only time I think about slavery is when people like you keep bringing it up

You are correct but no one cares about slavery anymore. All people care about is the events that took place after slavery. Have you heard about that or are you shielded from the truth.

If these whiners had half a brain between them they would realize that the Africans who came here as slaves and got out of the African cesspool are the luckiest negroes in the world.

Because it is easier than taking responsibility for the poor decisions they have made life
They always seem to forget about all the whites that fought and died to free them.
