I'm finishing up my 2L year at Regent Law School in Virginia Beach, a Tier 4 school. I'm working at the European Union in Brussels this summer, and a number of my classmates have great jobs lined up as well. Your main objective in any school that doesn't have such a widespread reputation is to network, network, network. A job will follow so long as you work at making it happen.
The fact that you're getting scholarship money certainly makes it worth going to a Tier 4 school. I received a good deal of scholarship money from Regent, which is one of the reasons I chose to come here, and the experience has been great.

Do you want to be a lawyer?
If so, then you should go. Once you pass the bar, your law school won't hinder you from success. A prestigious law school just makes it easier to start out when you have no experience. However, ultimately, success can come to those from any law school.
In my state, one of the former Supreme Court justices came from a 4th Tier law school. I'm from a "big" state too.
