That's because there is no such thing. Recruitment activity is generally conducted in person, by visiting the campus of the college whose graduates you wish to attract and/or by working with the career placement office of the college to have them send you resumes of alums who meet your search criteria.

If you're really set on using a direct mail technique I'd suggest working with an advertising agency who can help you create a campaign that will reach your target demographic.
