Punk, because I hate meaningful music and musics about sorrow (usually goth/emo music). Punk (most) is fun and meaningless, and I love the beat. I like some regular rock though, but I hate jazz and country.

I'm all over the place: Rock, alternative, very few rap songs, classical, and a lot of jazz. I grew up listening to jazz.

To pick a favourite I would have to say rock but really I like all kinds and listen to a variety according to my mood.

Metal, because I've played guitar for a long time, and hard rock is fun to listen to and (used to be) challenging for me to play.

I mostly like rock, but it's all about the lyrics to me. If the lyrics suck, I just can't identify with the feeling of the song.

rock because as soon as i hear it, i just really like it and don't want to change the station. i like almost all types of rock, but metal just doesn't cut it.
