You should test your ability first
if you can do less than 10 PERFECT ones substract 1 from the number you can do, and do 4 groups (repeats)
less than 20 substract 2 and 5 repetitions
less than 30 substract 4 and 6 repetitions
and when you go on your 3rd week start doubling your goups groups
i.e 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening

In order to get your 6 pack to show you must diet and excersise. It doesnt take much to develope the muscles but it does take a stringent diet

depends how fast you want them. if your only gonna do crunches then i would recommend between 150 and 200 a day. you should really try other ab exercises too.

i do 200 everyday in morning and before going to bed.
