No. There isn't any site like. You can use Google Earth (which uses still satellite images) and you may beable to see some people on streets in large cities but, no, there isn't any streaming option.
Er, cops don't have the. There isn't any technology that exists yet and if it does, it's highly experimental.

You can download google earth at googleearth.com to get satalite images. There is a free version that you can spend hours messing around with. I believe you can get real time images also but your going to have to pay for the servises. Check it out you'll like it.

Don't think so, they only let cops use that neat stuff.
