No. If there were offsides on corner kicks all that the defending team would need to do is stay in the middle of the field and the attacking team would only be able to kick the ball in behind the second to last defending player.
The correct explanation is what someone already said: the ball is already as far as it can be so no one can really be offsides.

No, but only if the player directly receives the ball. I the ball is put into the air and hit off a second player to a third player who is in the offsides position, then and only then, are they in offside.
