Just go to google.com and sear Male to Female transitions of Female to Male transitions. You'll get a bunch of them.

If you're comparing surgeons to pick one for yourself, then go to the surgeon's sites. They should have some results on there as well as information on how they do the operation. Then just compare their methods, prices, etc until you find one that you want to go to. Also, it can be *very* helpful to talk to people that went to those surgeons to find out a better idea of their quality.
