fabreeze, also smoke weed with your windows down and blow your smoke out of them, never blow the smoke back into the vehicle. good luck!!

fabreeze is the bomb, I use it when I hotbox/clambake my car all the time...

Also, if you dont have fabreeze, get a bottle of white vinager in your car overnight, it will get rid of the smell, but it will kinda smell like vinager.
