Disneyland is always hiring these days. They're having difficulty keeping cast members for long due to the relatively low pay scale (you can earn more at CostCo or InNOut).
Characters, especially face characters like the princesses, must audition. Other cast members working attractions, merchandise, janitorial, food service, etc only need to apply at the Disney administration building off of Harbor Blvd.

I have LOTS of friends who work there as characters! DISNEYLAND IS SOOOOOOOO STRICT!!!!! YOU BETTER THINK TWICE BEFORE APPLYING AS A CAST MEMBER!!!
