How would datums help developers in California choose where to put a new high rise office building?

If they were using the correct datums it would indicate growth areas, average appretiation, geographics, and demographics. It certainly seems a lot better than throwing a dart or just guessing.

Use a REALTOR who is familiar with the area in which the property will be placed.
