Maybe you could write something about the First Man, for the first Female president? Or how about not letting *** clowns like the Bush family get elected again? Pardon my french, but I had to say it.
Just think of something that you think really needs to be changed! Thats a very cool homework assignment :D

I would say depending on your views on gay rights, the right to sexual preference, maybe in a little more "white house" terms, or maybe even the right to bring any legal matters to the supreme court no matter what the case, something like that. Good luck check out google type in amendments and look at the wording of those and it should help you out with writing it in legal form.
