I am wanting to do a few things to my house over the summer and would love some help, maybe reference to good websites. I want to learn to replace the plastic laminate floors with Ceramic tile, and also need to replace some faulty electrical outlits. Also would love comments on other ideas to boost home value and appearance

electrical....replacing faulty outlets isnt rocket science....
unbolt the old.. bolt in the new...( make sure you kill the power first so it dont kill you)....be sure to put the wires back in the same place on the new outlet...
If your not sure...get someone who is....or you may burn down the house......this will not boost the value of the property...

why dont you go to Homedepot and Lowes maybe Jcpennys and Macys .
