Newt claims that what distinguishes him from B. Clinton is that Clinton lied under oath. But did Newt not break his oath of matrimony -- and so have many Republicans who ride the wave of family values?

but newt was still trying to have him impeached and interrogated about cheating- which he himself was cheating.

Family values, I get a chuckle out of that one. My father, cheated on his wife, and tried to strangle her, before he divorced her. This was in sixty-four, nobodies parents I knew were divorced, it destroyed my mother, she suffered for years after, she truly loved him. I married at thirty-seven, was divorced less than three years later. What family values is it that we are trying to protect? One other thing, I was raised catholic and catholics didn't get divorced back then. My father got remarried, my mother became a nun. Am I illegitimate in the eyes of the catholic church?

He cheated on his wife while criticizing someone else for the same thing. Evidently, his family values include a heavy dose of hypocrisy.
