Would the diagnosis of Turner's syndrome in a single cell necessarily mean that every cell of the body would contain 45 chromosomes? Explain.

All the cells in the body should have the same DNA and same number of chromosomes. If a cell only had 45 chromosomes it is very likely that all the other cells a have the same.
When cells are going through mitosis (autosomal cell division and replication) the DNA is replicated exactly the same as the parent cell. If something goes wrong (DNA not distributed properly) the cell is terminated.
So if one cell has 45 chromosome the rest do too.
