Sorry, but Jack is a bit over eager and slightly wrong...some of these countries do not have a Muslim majority and sometimes only very small percentages of Muslims: Burundi (10%), Mozambique (15-20%), Uganda (10-15%), Ethiopia (40-50%), Cote d'Ivoire (30-40%), Guinea Bissau (40%), Ghana (10-15%), Liberia (20%), Rwanda (5%), Burkina Faso (45-50%) etc. Five percent of a population does not make a country Muslim.
More importantly, did you mean Islamic or Ismaili? If you meant Ismaili, there are pockets of Ismailis in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and elsewhere in East Africa (mainly areas where the Brits brought over workers from South Asia). If you meant Muslim then Jack is partially correct.

The countries that could be considered Islamic (as elf2002 explained, many of those previously listed are not by majority Muslim, some with less of a percentage of Muslims than Britain) are:
Burkina Faso (~50%), Chad (~50%), Comoros, Cote D'Ivoire (~35%), Djibouti, Eritrea (~50%), Ethiopia (~45%), Egypt, Gambia, Guinea, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria (~50%), Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania (~40%), Tunisia.
Of those, all are Sunni. Oddly enough, the largest Shi'a populations in Africa are in Ghana and South Africa (I'd guess that most are immigrants, probably Lebanese).
