You can never totally clean out your system with Spyware. There's always going to be some trace element of those in your system. I wouldn't be a bit suprised if your computer is infested with viruses.

In some cases Viruses, Spyware, Adware can remain in your system for days, weeks, months, and even years at a time. Depending on what it was designed for and programmed to do.

It's a game that the average user will never win. All we can do is hope for the best.. I hope this answers your question to some degree at least.. Best of luck.

It's only clean until you turn on that internet... If you don't have a good anti-virus, firewall, anti-spyware and all that good stuff from a good source.. then your computer islikely going to crash early. If you use free anti-virus and spyware programs, make sure it's a source that you aboslutely trust, because some of them give you viruses and direct you to their site so you buy their program...... That is what happened to my three year old computer (which costed 1,900$!!)... I had to go out and buy a new one!! So it's smart to get good anti-virus and spyware programs. I have Verizon and it's really good. I've had no problemsfrom viruses or spyware so far. It tells me what sites have viruses and I don't go to them anymore.

Download the following antispyware software:
Adaware
Spyware Blaster (Runs in the background all you have to is update prevent you from getting spyware in the first place)
Spybot Search and Destroy
Also try CCleaner
I hope this helps. It may or may not help. It would help if your computer is loaded with spyware. All of the software I mentioned is free. I use these software and my computer run in tip top shape.

That's like asking if the sky is still blue at night. It's really only clean until the next time you access the web. Then, you will have to clean it again. As for viruses, In todays technological forums, all is possible and most probable.

Maybe yes,maybe not,,,
You know,,,No an anti-spyware/virus can detect all spyware/virus.
You can run other anti-spyware/virus to check if your computer is totally clean

yes they should all be deleted but sometimes a scanner cant pick all of them up so you may have to buy more software but it shouldnt be too much of a problem if you dont just make sure to set up a firewall and pop up blocker so your comp. isnt flooded with viruses from the internet
