It depends on what you want out of life. If for example, your life's goal is to marry some wealthy old man and inherit his millions, then by all means, flaunt those breasts. If on the other hand, you want to marry just plain Bill because you truly love the guy and believe you two can be happy together with lots of little ones, then don't flaunt them. Just plain Bill will probably be looking for other things in a woman than perfect breasts and especially a woman other than one who flaunts her sexuality.

Why can a man go shirtless and bare his breasts and women can't? Same exact anatomy except for size and one has milk at times.
If men can show a nipple, why can't a woman?
Oh, that's right... the Muslims would complain. Never mind, stay covered up... don't want to offend Allah.

I wouldn't say 'flaunt', that would be offensive to some people, (not me, of course), but if you dress so that they are obvious without being exposed, no-one could object. However if you do that TOO often, you'll be inundated with dirty old men, dirty young men, and dirty married men.
Try different things on different days. Have fun.

1-no since modesty is beautiful- 2 other than breast jobs perfection is rare since breast are made from fat and naturally sag, we dont need to see that in public
