Unfortunately, I feel I have to to prevent myself from becoming ignorant. There are a lot of people on this site who think they are knowledgeable (i.e. the p.c. gang), yet they bury their heads in the sand and it is obvious from their answers and violation reports that they don't watch the news! They are incapable of separating fact from fiction.

Hi yes I do I watch it more than I use to and its very depressing and sad sometimes as its never about anything good just bad stuff. I remeber when I was young finding the news boring and not knowing whats going on half the time getting along with life happily, But then when you get older and you see then news for what it is and the stuff that happend. It makes me wish I was little again and didnt understand it all. But unfortunatelty that cant happen so we have to either not watch the news of watch it and see it with our own to eyes what the world is coming to.

Go Freddy T... I try to supply answers to things I truly have an opinion of and that I have at least read about or have seen the corresponding news or TV program about or if I have even BEEN There and done that. So to say. Some folks really do need to pull their heads out and stop with the one word answers like "Doha". Just point getters I guess. Not all news is depressing not all news is good but all news is your reality of the world around you.

Every morning. Ever since 9/11 I've been watching primarily to see who has been blown up THIS time.
But bear in mind--news and all the TV with murder, etc etc etc is on there because we watch it and it titillates us. If we were to all turn off the TVs and demand cheery news, I guarantee that is what they would feed us.
