by just doing the tapes/dvds did you find you lost wieght and tines...do you reccomend them.........is it hard to follow/learn.......anything you could tell me would be a great help! thank you!!

It's a good work out for some that is psychically fit to begin with.I would check out Billy Blanks Tae Bo work out,it's easier to follow,and you get better results.

i admire Winsor Pilates I even have particularly a number of their dvd's i've got not got the ring one although. I have been given great effects, i observed my abdomen first. I did them well-known for 2 months, i might desire to get lower back into it, merely desire some motivation. relish it, this is the only excercise that i replace into in a position to stick to and experience. maximum others i might do for a week then supply up.

It's good for strength....and muscle uses more calories. Also add some aerobic activity.......that helps too. Billy blanks is good but if you are out of shape...you may want something a little less intense until your ready for it. Do it step by step, and you will see results. If you injure yourself, you'll be doing a whole lot of nothing.
