buying a duplex and renting one side out?

I'm looking to buy a duplex in the concord, New Hampshire area (i work out of concord so the closer the better) anyone seen anything promising?

You need to work with a realtor. They have the listings, not Yahoo.

Make sure you check the tax situation for renting out 1/2.
