i love makeup and love fashion. Ive recently turned 18 and i want to find a job that ill actually enjoy going too...................So im interested in applying for the M.A.C counter at macys. how do i go about applying? Do i need to have some type of formal training?What are to requirments for getting a job there?

i think you need a cosmetalogy course or something.. and then the manager sees what you have to offer.. then she either gives you the job or not... my boyfriend's sisters work for MAC...

Hi you need a basic make up degree to work at a Mac counter go to college then apply

I know people that have no cosmetic degree or training. Either you have it or you don't. What they did was they brought in a portfolio of their work. So start making people over and taking pictures of your work and put them in an album. This way you can show them what you have to offer.
