Well umm what does this mean when you have one long hair on one of my breast i mean it just got there.

It's okay it does not mean anything. Just like men. women sometimes get hairs on their chests. Just pluck the thing out, but by all means, do not start shaving your chest.

Its fine.. if you have dark colouring its more likely to happen. Just one of life's little annoyances :)
