spend almost all their time apart. Separate bedrooms, computers, floors of the house, eat in separate rooms, different foods, music, television shows. Nothing in common. Yet they claim they love each other. How? They don't do anything together and when they are around each other they get in arguments. Is their marriage doomed?

Of course it is. How can they make a life with someone when they obviously know nothing about each other. If they are as far apart as eating seperately then why the heck did they even get married. I would stay out of it cuz when it's over, there's gonna be alot of pain.

This is really nonsense & it is against all religions. Marriage is sharing everything what is the core of a marriage it is that sharing of the little details of our life. If you know those people try to advise them & help them get together let them see a couple therapist I think they really need that.
Good luck

Not if they are one of those 1 in 3 billion kind of couples, and it works for both of them.

As long as the "contract" is mutual....they'll do fine.

no they love each other differently the more they stay away the more they miss each other and when the get in an arguement they are only doing that because they love each other so much that they are afraid to show it . so when u see her or him come to you telling you their problems just tell them that they love each other and just dnt know how to show it or express their feelings to each other i bet you that wen they hav a arguement wen he go in his room he feels lonley and he feels bad for wat he did but he just cant express his feelings to her maybe they can try to make hardcore sex. with a romantic dinner or something!

if it works for them, then who cares...I wouldn't want to live like that, but that's me; if they ask you for advice, tell them to do what makes them happy
