connecting my dell latitude to my tv?

Question

I just bought a brand new Dell Latitude d800. It does not have an S-video port but down have a VGA in and VGA out port on the back.
There is also a CRT/LCD button using the Fn buttons of the laptop (I dont know what this is for...). How do i connect my laptop to my TV. My tv has 3 rca inputs (red, white and yellow) at the back. I have another larger tv that is HD compatible and that has USB, HD inputs and RCA inputs but I would really like to connect it to my smaller tv since that is mine.

There is one way, and only one way to connect a Laptop Computer to a TV - reguardless of what type the TV and/or Laptop PC is - it is a TV Tuner. What a TV Tuner is, is it is something that allows somebody to hook-up their computer to a TV and watch, and record live TV onto their computer, and some cases even save it to their Hard Drive for later review. What you will need, though, are the appropriate connectors to go along with them. But, I think that they shouldn't be too hard to get. You can get a TV tuner here, for around $40-50:
