This might sound too easy; however, you may consider contacting a local school's front office. Every elementary, middle, and high school has a music teacher, which is likely to teach piano on the side.
In Tarpon Springs, you could contact the music department of Uni. South Florida. I'm sure they have qualified music students who could use a few extra bucks teaching piano.
