yes but it depends on your age
some offer free birth control but others make you pay but they don't make you pay more than you can afford but they do give free condoms bags of them and if you are worried about it they cannot tell your parents its against the law

Yes - when I didn't have much money I would get my birth control there. They ask for a donation, but if you really can't do it, they don't make you.

You can't get the fancy ones there - just the very basic stuff.

they offer free birth control if you qualify for it with a low income, it is also on a sliding scale based on your income.
