Will cingular charge me if i use my Yahoo Messenger that is on my cellphone to chat over the internet? if so how much? if not what about Aim, and Msn that is also on my cellphone, are they free ?

Yes. Cingular charges the same as they do for texting. 10 cents per message. Yahoo, Aim, and Msn all cost the same.

The best thing to get if you want to chat with Yahoo Messenger is a plan with either 1000 or 3000 messages. Both are available. These will cover text, picture, video AND instant messages.
That way you are covered for your messages and will not run up your bill.

Even though messenger is free-you are still charged for the bytes that are transferred. It is one cent per megabyte. I know it doesn't sound like alot but it adds up fast! Add a media package to your plan and it's cheaper than paying per use!
