it depends on the location of the planned parenthood and the age and financial status of the person who wants them, but i know for teenagers and low-income adults they are free. go to www.plannedparenthood.org if you want more info.

Condoms are free, birth control is not, it's about $19 a pack of pills. Some states offer free family planning programs, contact your local DHS to see if they do.

I'm not sure about condoms, but when I was getting my birth contrl pills thru them, I had to pay a fee. I think it was like $10. I think they may look at your financial status to determine what you pay, but I would contact them to find out for sure.
