You havent read a single word of it or you wouldnt be asking those questions. If you were supposed to be reading the book, I'd suggest you start now. It is quite lengthy but worth every single word. I will be happy to answer specific questions, but you have to read in order to be able to ask intelligent questions. Good luck.
