If you head east out of Riverside on the 215, the highway branches into the 215 and 60 (the Moreno Valley Freeway). Bear left on the 60 and get off at Nason Street Exit.

Interestingly, the official website of Moreno Valley [3] doesn't mention Gravity Hill anywhere that I could find.
